Bottom Layer
2 scoops of vanilla protein powder
2 big scoops of natural peanut butter
4 tablespoons of honey or 4 dates
4 tablespoons of LSA mix
2 tablespoons of coconut oil
1/2 cup of cashews
Method
Blend in processor until mixed, squish in bottom of tray.
Top Layer
1 scoop of chocolate protein powder
1 table spoon of chia seeds & goji berries & sunflower seeds
2 tablespoons of honey or 4 dates
2 tablespoons of cacao powder
4 tablespoons of LSA mix or almond meal
2 tablespoons of coconut oil
Handful of almonds
(2 tablespoons of Nutella if you’re naughty)
Method
Blend in processor and put in tray on top of bottom layer. Sprinkle chia seeds and goji berries on top for decoration. Set in freezer!
