Recipe: Gluten Free Protein Pancakes

Try these awesome Gluten Free protein pancakes – Just the thing for a cheat meal!




50g Gluten Free Flour

1 Egg

20g Shredded Coconut

1 Scoop Vanilla Proto Whey or similar

1 Tsp of Chia Seeds

30mls Milk ( Full Cream)

30mls Water

1/2 Banana

1/2 cup Blueberries

6 x Walnuts or Pecans

1/2 tsp Organic unsalted butter

All natural Peanut butter and Coconut oil spread

Agave syrup


Add flour, protein powder, egg, coconut and chia seeds into a mixing bowl.  Add water and milk and whisk until smooth.

Slice the banana into about 8 pieces.

Melt 1/2 a tsp of Organic unsalted butter in a pan.

Pour mixture into the pan.  Add banana slices and walnuts/pecans on top and press into wet mixture.

Cook for about 60 seconds or until golden and flip.  Cook side 2 until the banana’s are caremelized.

Serve with Peanut butter, Agave syrup and 1/2 cup Blueberries.
